A modern boutique selling clothing, shoes, and accessories with five dressing rooms. A large show window faces the street outside.
The boutique can only be unlocked using the Boutique Key, given to the player upon completing the main game. The key is only granted in the PlayStation and GameCube versions of the game.
The boutique allows players to access the unlockable costumes. Available costumes can be selected by examining stalls with "open" signs. There are a total of six costumes that can be unlocked:
|Costume||Hard Mode||Easy Mode|
|Normal||Default costume.||Default costume.|
|S.T.A.R.S. uniform||Clear the main game with a D rank or higher.||Clear the main game.|

|Disco suit||Clear the main game with an A rank or higher.||N/A|
