The Boutique (ブティック) is an area of the Uptown district.
Guide
Upon completing Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, the player is given the Boutique Key which will opens the "Boutique".
It contains costumes for Jill including: Jill's S.T.A.R.S. uniform, a biker outfit, a disco suit, a standard police uniform in a rather provocative style and a costume for Regina- a character in Resident Evil's sister series "Dino Crisis"; along with a red wig.
