Scariest Enemy/Moment in Resident Evil?
So, what was the scariest moment for you, or the scariest enemy, from Resident Evil? I know most of the posts will end up being from the classic games, but there were some scary moments (for me, at least) in 4 and 5.
- RE1 (Remake): Any time when a door opens by itself, and a Zombie comes shambling through. Lisa Trevor's first appearance, naturally. And of course, the first Hunter with it following you back to the mansion.
- RE2: The Licker-mirror scare, and Mr.X's creepy music letting you know he's there.
- RE4: There weren't as many scares here, but the Oven Man freaked me out the first time, as well as the Regenerator.

What's your favorite "classic" Resident Evil game, and why?
Obviously, more than one can be posted. Personally, I liked the first game (the remake) most. It's cliche, but the formula of "an old secluded mansion in the dark and eerie woods on the outskirts of a small American town" works. Then you find out the mansion is teeming with zombies and monsters. Zombie dogs in the courtyard, zombies in the hallways, a giant mutated plant in the Residence, and of course a crazed mutant named Lisa Trevor stalking the underground caves. Code Veronica is my second favorite because it's the second time Wesker and Chris meet, with Chris of course thinking "WTF? Wesker's alive?", and the Rockfort Residence was definitely one of the creepier locations, with a chilling music track to go with the area. Resid…
