Westminster Abbey was a church in the City of Westminster. It was the second of the European landmarks Raccoon City's surviving S.T.A.R.S. team investigated while searching for Umbrella's secret headquarters.

As with the Tower of London, Umbrella had expected S.T.A.R.S.' arrival and released a mutagenic virus. Barry Burton decapitated a zombie with a sword taken from a suit of armour.
